It's Official

I can no longer wear pants.

Ok, let me rephrase that.

I can no longer wear my normal pants. After I buttoned my jeans this morning and pondered why they were so uncomfortably snug and felt as if they were pushing everything on my insides out of place I thought, "I didn't have to switch to maternity pants with Aidynn until I was 3 months!"..... Oh wait. Damn.

Fortunately I have a few pairs of yoga pants and my LEI's that I entitled "The Miracle Jeans" as they fit me (below the belly) until my 8th month with Aidynn. Without saggy pregnancy butt even! Fab.u.lous.

Of course, I gave most of my maternity clothes to my friend Des - who is currently 31 weeks along. The baby I am carrying was planned for conception in July, plenty of time to get those clothes back. I'll know better next time won't I? (If there is a next time.)

So, I procrastinated on the buying of jeans because as some of you might know, I've got me some loooong legs. I need at least a 32" inseam (34" would be better) and finding such a pair of jeans is next to impossible - add the maternity factor to that and others in my position would just volunteer to wear sweats for the next 7 months. (Wouldn't that be nice!?) Long story short, $450 later I am waiting for a shipment of 3 pair of pants from Motherhood Maternity and A Pea in the Pod....
