Family

This weekend has been so relaxing! Even with all of the things we had to attend to while in Redding, I am still more relaxed than I have been in a while. We got Chaseys nail taken care of - poor baby... it's bandaged and he is on antibiotics, but he will be just fine. We spent some time with my brother Caleb and his girlfriend Sarah and my niece Lily. We went to the lake with David, Tanya, one of the girls and one of her friends. It was so nice! I got some sun, I got to go swimming (omg the weight off of my hips was HEAVEN!). We also visited with Des - who I have been missing dearly recently. She got to play with Aidynn for a while, which made her happy.

We also visited my grandparents for a while when we first got to town, and then went to Tara's and had dinner with her and visited for a while.

Now I am getting ready to have dinner with my brother and Tanya and Duane... and watch a movie. It's so nice to be with my family. I am very happy to see Duane's reaction to it all as well. He's so surprised to be around people who are family - that care about each other - and are happy to be together.... and everyone welcomes him into our family. They all think so highly of him. Grandma couldn't stop talking this morning about what a nice guy he is and how happy we are and how great he seems - maybe I need to keep Grandma away from my man!
